Each day we are working on cardiovascular health, strength, and endurance. Our excercises are difficult, but your child will be healthier than ever by the end of the school term.
I teach the concept that fitness is a lifestyle! Your child will be involved in circuit training activities, aerobic activities, and body resistance activities. We also run every day, trying each week to extend our time. Our end goal is to be able to participate in a mile Fun Run!
